Who are Flowers Vasette?
Flowers Vasette, Proudly Supporting Daffodil Day.
Flowers Vasette have generously partnered with Cancer Council to give hope for a cancer free future during this year’s Daffodil Day. Supporters will have the opportunity to purchase boxes of fresh cut daffodils to help raise funds for life-saving cancer research direct from Flowers Vasette in the lead-up to Daffodil Day on August 31.

What type of daffodil bunches can I purchase?
Cancer Council Victoria is partnering with Flowers Vasette for this year's Daffodil Day Appeal. We have 3 types of daffodil bunches available:
- Standard Bunch (30 stems) = $30.00
- Deluxe Bunch (60 stems) = $60.00
- Premium Bunch (90 stems) = $90.00
Also, our daffodil bunches are available to purchase online for delivery Victoria-wide or via click & collect at the following locations:
- 13 Central Blvd, Port Melbourne
- Monday to Sunday 11 AM - 3 PM
- 650 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne
- Monday to Sunday 11 AM – 3 PM
- 247 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy
- Monday to Sunday 11 AM – 3 PM

When can I buy daffodils to support Daffodil Day?
Our daffodil bunches are now available to order for delivery between 1st-31st August.
Can I place an order on August 31st?
Yes, our website will still be able to take orders on August 31st to be delivered on September 1st. You can place your order up to midnight of August 31st to ensure this.
Can I receive my daffodils by August 31st?
Yes you can. If you would like delivery to occur on Thursday, August 31st, make sure you place your order by midnight Wednesday, August 30th the latest.
How many bunches can I purchase?
As many as you like! You’ll just need to place a separate order for each delivery address.
Can I add a note or personalised message to my order?
Yes! You can add a personalised message to your order at the "Add a special message for your loved ones" section on the product page. Your message will be printed on a card and will be included in your order.
Is my daffodil purchase tax deductible?
Daffodil bunches and donations are tax deductible. Once you place your order, your order confirmation will be issued as a tax receipt listing your purchase details and Cancer Council Victoria’s ABN.
Where does the proceeds of daffodils/my donation go?
Every dollar raised goes towards life-saving cancer research, prevention, and support. Find more information on the ways your donations make a difference to those impacted by cancer here.
Deliveries
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Victoria!
Why can’t I purchase daffodils Australia-wide?
Flowers Vasette and our courier partners can only deliver within Victoria.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries are 7 days a week Monday-Sunday. However, please note deliveries on Sundays are only within the first 25 km from Port Melbourne (Zone 1 only).
I wrote the wrong delivery address. How can I change this?
Contact us as soon as possible at daffodil.day@cancervic.org.au or 1300 65 65 85 (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday). Please note we may not be able to accommodate updating the delivery address if the order has already been dispatched. 3 business days is required for change of delivery address. If change of address is within 3 business days we cannot guarantee change of address.

Can I leave delivery instructions?
On the first page of your cart, you will have the option to put ‘Order special instructions’ such as 'leave at door' or 'leave on steps'. Please be specific with your instructions if you live in an apartment block, or hard to access building entrances. If it is a hospital or aged care facility, please include this in your instructions. Please note, for hospitals and aged care facilities, the flowers will be delivered to the reception.
How long will it take for the daffodils to be delivered?
Daffodil bunches will be delivered within 48 hours from your selected preferred delivery date. Any deliveries outside 75km from Melbourne’s CBD may require a 72 hour delivery window upon order confirmation. You will receive an order number and confirmation once you’ve made your purchase. For any enquiries, please contact us at daffodil.day@cancervic.org.au or 1300 65 65 85 (9 AM -5 PM, Monday-Friday) and quote your order number.

When will the daffodils be delivered?
We will aim to deliver your order 48 hours from your preferred delivery date and 72 hours if you live 75km from Melbourne.
When will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed on the next business day after you placed your order.
What if I’m not home when my flowers arrive?
If you’re not at home when the flowers are delivered, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe place at your front door. If you live in an apartment block, this can be difficult for our couriers. Please let us know a safe place to leave the flowers via emailing us at daffodil.day@cancervic.org.au when placing your order. Hospital deliveries will only be delivered to reception . We will not be responsible for any deliveries left unattended and will not be accepting any returns to sender.

Do you charge a delivery fee?
The following delivery fees apply for each zone:
Zone 1 – Inner Metro $12
Zone 2 – Outer Metro: $25
Zone 3 – Regional: $35
To calculate your delivery fee, please add your address at the check-out.
Why are shipping costs higher than last year?
Due to the impact of COVID-19, courier costs have increased. Shipping costs are paid directly to the courier and don’t count as a donation to Cancer Council Victoria.
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes! Click and collect is available from Flowers Vasette’s retail locations as below:

Change/cancel orders
Can I change my order details?
Any changes to order quantities, daffodil bunch size or delivery details will require 3 business days notice. We cannot guarantee that changes requested within 3 business days of delivery date can be accommodated. Please get in touch with us at 1300 65 65 85 (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) or at Daffodil.day@cancervic.org.au to update your order details.
All Click and Collect orders require a minimum of 24-hours notice. We cannot guarantee the change of date with less than 24-hours notice.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
Cancellation of orders requires 3 business days’ notice to be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 3 business days of delivery date will forfeit any refund or credit. We cannot refund any orders for change of mind. Contact us on 1300 65 65 85 (9 AM -5 PM, Monday-Friday) or at daffodil.day@cancervic.org.au to cancel your order.

Can I cancel or re-schedule my click & collect order?
24 hours’ notice is required to change the collection date or cancel click and collect orders. We are unable to guarantee a change in collection date outside of the 24-hour period. If items are not collected, the order will be forfeited. Please contact our Supporter Care Team on 1300 65 65 85 (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday) or at Daffodil.day@cancervic.org.au to cancel or reschedule your click & collect order.

Care of your daffodils
How do I take care of my daffodils?
Please see the care card inside your flower box for instructions on how to care for your daffodils.
Why haven’t my flowers bloomed? / Why do they look wilted? / Why are they different colours?
Due to market availability and weather conditions, imperfections may be present with floral products. As a result, the appearance of daffodil bunches may not appear exactly as pictured on our website. Any feedback regarding the quality of the flowers will be handled at Flowers Vasette’s discretion.
